- For applicants like Govt Nominated Agency/ Government, applicants have to mention the information of the Department allocating a space along with other vital documents like the PAN Card, Sanction order, Aadhar and PAN Card.
- Every Jan Aushadi Kendra must have a professional Pharmacist and you need to present the proof such as name, Registration proof and other crucial details.
- Applicant also need to mention the financial capacity backed up with 3 years of audited accounts and a sanction letter if they want to present it for further loan requirements.
